Portfolio

A working notebook of transformation, service design, system integration and AI projects — browsed chronologically, from the current page backward.

  1. Context & challenge

Requirements work at scale drowns good analysts in inconsistent tickets, stale specs and Slack threads that never made it into a document. Nokia's digital services portfolio needed a way to keep requirements traceable without adding more process overhead.

    Solution & impact

Built an AI-augmented elicitation studio that clusters raw stakeholder input, drafts structured requirement statements, and flags contradictions against existing specs before a human ever opens a ticket. Analysts now review and refine instead of transcribing — cutting first-draft time by more than half while improving traceability across three product lines.

  2. 2025

Keynote — Service Design at Scale

Delivered to 400+ practitioners on moving service blueprints from workshop artefacts into living engineering backlogs.

  3. Context & challenge

Operational requests were scattered across email, spreadsheets and five disconnected ticketing tools, with no shared status model. Teams routinely lost days reconciling who owned what, and leadership had no reliable view of throughput.

    Solution & impact

Designed and shipped a unified orchestration layer that models every request as a traceable unit of work, standardises handoff contracts between teams, and surfaces bottlenecks in real time. Adoption across four business units cut average resolution time by 38% within the first two quarters.

  4. Context & challenge

A confusing self-service flow for plan changes and billing disputes was generating a disproportionate share of contact-centre volume, with subscribers frequently abandoning the flow and calling in instead.

    Solution & impact

Ran a service-blueprinting exercise across support, billing and product, then redesigned the self-service journey around the moments subscribers actually got stuck. Call deflection improved by 22% within the first release cycle.

  5. 2021

Published — Requirements Engineering for AI Systems

Recognised as one of the most influential papers in its track at IEEE ICSA — the foundation for the AI-Augmented Requirements Studio above.

  6. Context & challenge

Every new B2B partner onboarding effectively meant a bespoke integration project, with requirements re-litigated from scratch each time and inconsistent data contracts across partners.

    Solution & impact

Defined a reusable integration framework with a standard requirements template, versioned data contracts and a self-serve partner onboarding kit. New partner integrations that once took quarters were reduced to weeks.

  7. 2018

    Certification — Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF)

TOGAF 9 certification — sharpened the systems-level thinking behind later integration and transformation projects.
